Tenants make payments through our Tenant Web Access (TWA) portal. Once set up, the tenants can create an account with their email address, allowing them to log into our company’s specific TWA portal to make payments from anywhere.

Langee Realty Charges

2% for any rent collected from the tenant. $20 minimum

50% for any late fee collected from the tenant.

Pay rent paid online at $2.95 for checking or savings.

Pay rent paid online at 3.5% of the rent for a credit card (any type of plastic)

No cost-for-money orders mailed to our Tampa office.

The existing lease determines the late fees.

Notice fees are $50.00

NSF fees are $50.00 for LR and $25.00 for the processing company.


Owners charges

$25.00 Set up fee.

$25.00 new tenants fee. For new rented properties.

$2.95 monthly for money disbursement paid online.

Nothing for mailed disbursement check.

A process server delivers a 3-day notice.
